Desolate v1.4 released, with Dark Matters expansion!

I've just released version 1.4 of Desolate. This is a big update, including a lot of behind-the-scenes things that only matter to me, but the big headline addition is:

Desolate v1.4 includes the Dark Matters expansion!

This brings new equipment (Med Scanner, Mega Ammo, Mega Health, RifleBarrel, SSRI), exploration, and conflict cards. It also adds two entirely new types of card: characters, which come with a pre-defined equipment loadout, and afflictions, which give you ongoing penalties until you manage to remove them.

If you prefer to play without the expansion for whatever reason then create a file named desolate.conf in the same directory as the game executable and add the following lines:

[game]
modules=core

I'm already working on adding support for the Dark Matters 2 expansion, which will likely be the last official expansion I add. The Insurgence expansion is a much bigger change to the game and I don't believe it will translate well to a text-based form.
